Autoresponder Reviews

When I started my first online business, no one was exactly beating a path to my site. I was lucky to have two or three visitors a day!

So it naturally followed that there wasn't much email either. On the rare occasion when a visitor wrote, it didn't take more than a few minutes to answer.

Gradually traffic increased… and so did the amount of email.

At first I welcomed it because I truly enjoy hearing from people who visit my site. But it didn't take long to see how much time it took to respond to everyone.

That was especially true when I added a webform asking visitors to signup for my newsletter.

Email was making a slave out of me!

"Wouldn't it be great if I could duplicate myself so I could get more done..." I thought. Since that's not possible, I needed to find a way to put repetitive tasks on autopilot.

A lot of Internet marketers tout autoresponders to automate some of the more time-consuming tasks like email, so I started paying attention.

After doing some research and actually trying several different autoresponders on for size, here is the results of what I learned.

Regardless of which of these two autoresponders you choose, you'll get a good service.

Both AWeber and GetResponse autoresponders are easy to setup, and to make it even easier for you, both have online video tutorials.

If you use Site Build It!, both of these autoresponders easily integrate with it, as well. Of course, SBI! has its own autoresponder as part of the package, but it has limitations these others don't have.

If you are the adventurous type and like a more hands-on approach, Mailloop might interest you.

To add punch to your email marketing program, the same folks who created Mailloop just released a powerful new course called Insider Secrets of Email Marketing - 2006.

If you already have a small mailing list, I also recommend How to Make BIG Profits from a Small List. This 43-page report shows you how to turn big profits from your list, no matter the size.

Even if you are just starting out, it's best to automate as many tasks as possible right from the beginning. Believe me, it's easy to get bogged down if you don't.

You need to focused on growing your business to increase profits. Spending more than a two or three hours per week on mundane tasks that could be automated is not a wise use of your time – and it won't put a dime in your pocket!

An autoresponder is definitely the way to go.
