As the problem of SPAM continues to grow, ISPs are trying to keep it out of customers' inboxes by using filtering systems. A well-intentioned service... but unfortunately... some of the email you WANT to receive is also being filtered.

So to make sure that newsletters and other email we send you is not filtered, please add small-biz-ideas.com to your list of trusted senders.

Here's what you need to do...

AOL : Place the domain www.small-biz-ideas.com in your address book.

Yahoo! Mail : If one of your newsletters or e-zines is filtered into your "bulk" folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

Hotmail : Place the domain http://www.small-biz-ideas.com in your safe list. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

Other providers : If one of your Aim for Results™ newsletters are being filtered, try adding our domain small-biz-ideas.com or our newsletter's "From" or "Reply-to" address to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your "inbox" or forwarding the message to yourself.

If, after taking these steps, you find that subsequent email is still being filtered, call or email tech support at your ISP and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all email from us.

Why it's important to take these steps

Because SPAM has become a such a huge nuisance, it has forced ISPs to try and protect their mail servers and customers. Although we have a very strict policy against spamming and support anti-spam efforts, we also want to make sure that email you asked for is reaching you.
